I just wanted to offer some positive feedback for the customer service I received the other day. I brought my car in as the tires were sounding loud after having the winters removed. I was surprised when one of the mechanics said he wanted to take me for a quick drive to explain the noise I was hearing. Dan took the time to explain what the issue was and that there was no safety concern. Once we got back, he showed me the areas on the tires that were uneven and that they still had plenty of tread. This was excellent customer service; I felt completely confident in his diagnosis and appreciated that he took the time to explain to me directly what the issue was and gave me the chance to ask questions. Well done! Please ensure this gets relayed to the manager.

Liz and I are very pleased with the CX-5. It is a pleasure to drive, and each time Liz comes back from driving it, she says how much she loves it. We just returned from a 6-day road trip to a Thunder Bay to visit family. My daughter Kristin, who you met, came with us and we had a great time driving two days there and two days back.

I also want to say how much I appreciated all the work you, and Amber before you, did on this deal. I very much appreciated your enthusiasm, and your honesty in bringing everything together. This is the first time I have bought a vehicle, sight unseen, and the whole experience was very positive. Sadly it is not often you find someone who carries through in what they say they will do, but you did this in all respects. Thank you for getting us the car we were looking for. It was a pleasure doing business with you, and I would have no hesitation recommending you and your company to others.

I was visiting a friend in your area and a discussion came up regarding me updating my vehicle. So we stopped at your location, looked around the used vehicles and Bob promptly spotted us, immediately introduced himself, then went inside and got the keys to several vehicles that we were looking at and started them up. He then proceeded to show us the features available, the prices etc. I thanked him told him I would think on it and he offered to come the next business day morning to meet us. Bob also introduced me to Sonia whom made sure that financing was available to suit my needs. To sum up these people went up and above the call of duty, For lack of a better word. * * * * * * * 7-Stars This dealership went over the top to treat my pre-owned purchase as if it were a new car. Motion Mazda inherited a few problems delivering my SUV to no fault of their own, and replaced a broken key fob, ordered an owners manual, along with replacing the DvD player system. I will highly recommend this dealership for it's excellent service, and I will certainly buy another car here again in the future. Thank you Gavin and Mark.

We had a fluid leak issue with our 1 year old Mazda CX9 which was causing fumes to come into the car which was of great concern for me and my young kids. So I called it in and got an appt. right away. Was told diagnosis would take approx. 1 hr (was less) and was told in detail what was the cause and how long it would take to fix. Well the mechanic came in EARLY to have the 5 hour job done TODAY which he said may not be done until tomorrow so least to say I am BEYOND thrilled with this news! The service was the BEST I've ever received at a dealership and the turnaround repair time still has me in shock. I will absolutely recommend Motion Mazda and will likely be back for future purchases, if not just for the service.

I just purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 GS on Thursday, and I couldnt have been any happier about my experience shopping there. Gavin was an absolute pleasure to work with, and took a great deal of the stress out of my buying decisions. Extremely knowlegable, helpful, and humorous, I can say that I actually had fun buying a car with Gavin's assistance. I Cant wait until Tuesdsay when I can head back down to pick up! Motion Mazda was absolutely amazing! They were friendly, informative, accommodating, honest etc....I really could go on and on with awesome and great compliments. David Jobe was my sales rep and he was great! For only being there for 5 months, he was very informative about Mazda's and if he felt the need to double check, He would do so instead of guessing or making something up. David was happy and pleasant and there to please us!! Ryan, the manager was very professional, courteous and just plain awesome! And don't get me started on Sonia Arora. She was absolutely without a doubt an amazing, hardworking, magician. She worked her behind off to get us an amazing interest rate, manageable bi-weekly payments, and a warranty like no other. It covers our new CX-5 in every way, shape and form. After only spending a couple of Saturdays with them, numerous phone calls and A LOT of faxes we had our new car! We left there feeling like family! Motion Mazda in Orangeville has one of the largest groups of the most amazing people I've ever met running that dealership. First of all I would like to say a huge thank you to Mark Parrish at Motion Mazda. I am loving my 2008 Speed3! I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda3 from your Certified Pre-owned program. The sales representative I was dealing was Gavin Stokes. I just want to say that I am quite please with the service I was provided. Gavin treated me with a great deal of respect and made the process of purchasing my first car very positive.
 
When I began my car search we stopped in at the dealership just to get a feel for what was available in your pre-owned inventory. Gavin approached myself and my Mother and showed us what was available in my price range and we went on 3 test drives. We talked numbers and eventually we went home with a car in mind, and to think about if that was the right car for me. There was no pressure at all to purchase. 
   
I shopped around and test drove other vehicles at other dealerships and had the unfortunate experience having a sale representative trying to make a sale by adding lot of pressure in order to close the deal. It put a damper on the whole car shopping experience and will never go to this dealership again.
   
I ended coming back to Motion Mazda and asked for Gavin's assistance because of our initial interaction. I tried a different vehicle and ended up purchasing it. From my experience, I will recommend Gavin to any of my friends or family searching for a new vehicle. I am   proud owner of a Mazda3 and I have Gavin to thank for that!

I am a very satisfied Motion Mazda customer.  Sometimes when you go into dealerships with your husband (even though you are actually the one   buying the car) the sales rep ignores you and talks to your husband.  But not Motion Mazda - both Gavin and Ryan spoke directly to me and made sure that all my questions were answered.  Kudos to them!!!  Also I originally was going to buy a Nissan Cube but after I test drove the Mazda 5 there was absolutely no comparison.  The Mazda 5 drove like a dream - very comfortable, sporty and tons of room.  Love my Mazda - ladies I would highly recommend you consider Motion Mazda next time you   are considering purchasing either a used or new vehicle.

I have been a Motion Mazda customer for 3 leasing terms. I wasn't totally happy with my last sales person experience so I almost went to another Dealership when a friend recommended Ryan Hughes   from Motion. I contacted him directly and was VERY impressed with the   speed he got back to me and also with everything I had inquired about.   He was not pushy or disrespectful and even knowing he was leaving for a   week the next day was able to pass me on to Craig Davidson (and eventually Robert Kootstra) who were both equally as helpful with my   eventual purchase. I contacted Ryan on a Tuesday and not a week later I had my vehicle. No drama, no run around, nothing   but pure professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend this Dealership and the staff to anyone who asked.

Every member of the Motion Mazda team was a pleasure to deal with.  Each time I visited the dealership, I attended with a different family member, and they felt equally as welcomed as I did. I never thought getting a new car would be such a great experience.   Everybody who we were in contact with was just so amazing! It is such a  great group of people from the front desk girl to Sonia who I called a bunch of times.  Ryan was awesome and lastly Lenny who didn't sell us the car (or lease) but he made sure that we were taken care of.  He spent so much time teaching us everything we needed to know about working our car.  Overall, I am blown away at what a positive experience this has been compared to getting our last car from a different dealership.   Thanks to all at Motion Mazda.
